The Ladies' Society meets on the second Sunday of every month after the Divine Liturgy. The following events have been planned for 2010:
Chicken dinner - Saturday, May 22, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Kibbee baking - Saturday, June 19, 9:00 am
Sunday School
St. Michael's parish offers Sunday School classes for Grades K – 8. Class instruction and activities reinforce our church teachings in a fun and educational environment. We encourage school participants to attend Divine Liturgy and depart after Communion.
Adult Education
After the Sunday Divine Liturgy and coffee hour Fr. Fred leads an adult education class. We are working our way through the Divine Liturgy, concentrating on the liturgical prayers and actions that the priest says and does that are not audible/visible to the congregation.
Meals on Wheels
Fr. Fred is on the Board of Trustees for Monessen's Meals on Wheels.
